We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:


Senior PM & EHR Consultants

In this role, you would lead and manage implementations for valuable clients and maintain a high level of visibility on all active implementations. You would be responsible for establishing workflows based on best practices and develop comprehensive implementation plans for each client’s unique needs. You must provide clients and team members with technical expertise related to project scope, implementation, modification, optimization, and support of complex clinical application environments. You are required to exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects, establish credibility, and have proven leadership skills.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of NextGen consulting experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This position may require up to 75% domestic travel.

NextGen Practice Management Product Specialist

In this role, you would provide training, general support, and administration to Itentive clients for the NextGen applications. You would efficiently clarify and resolve product or service issues presented by clients, communicate client concerns to management and vendors to promptly and effectively address any outstanding issues. You would work with various departments within Itentive, as well as outside vendors, to accomplish the successful resolution of support requests. In addition, you must be able to communicate changes in healthcare regulations as it pertains to the use of NextGen software and applicable ancillary products by keeping up with government initiatives that impact healthcare technology. Knowledge of NextGen and its ancillary products is required along with exceptional customer service skills, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with FQHC’s is helpful, but not required.
